Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to events@masterelectricians.com.au. If a cancellation notice is received prior to 30 March 2021, a refund will be processed less an administration fee of $150 per pass plus supplier cancellation fees. If a cancellation notice is received prior to 30 April 2021, a refund will be processed less 50% of the total delegate fee plus supplier cancellation fees. If a cancellation notice is received after 30 April, 2021, no refund will be given for delegate registrations plus you will be required to pay any supplier cancellation fees.

We strongly advise that individuals purchase Travel Insurance.
